Our research group studies the electronic structure of correlated quantum materials using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) and related x-ray spectroscopies. The past decade has seen ARPES emerge as an uniquely powerful technique for the investigation of condensed matter, and our group will develop an ultra-high-resolution ARPES system for the study of electron dynamics and interactions in complex quantum many-body systems.
I am currently hiring graduate students and postdocs. If you are interested, please visit our Research page.
